2. 頸椎側彎是斜頸嗎【頸椎病】
你的症狀是神經根型和椎動脈型混合型。理療能很好緩解病情，但是在急性發作期不要進行理療，那樣會加重刺激你的紅腫炎症。建議你還是服用葯物來治療。平常多休息，可以在工作之餘做做頸部保健操。
頸椎病是推行性病變，是很難、很難根治的，極易復發。現在大家對頸椎病的治療是指對頸椎病所產生的酸脹痛麻暈等症狀進行治療。發病原因主要是因為長期不合理使用頸椎引起頸椎磨損嚴重，產生骨質增生以致引起的周圍軟組織水腫、無菌性炎症，水中壓迫到神經就是神經根型——症狀主要為雙肩、手有麻木感覺，頸不酸痛麻木，壓迫到椎動脈就是椎動脈型——特點是有頭暈、嘔吐、視線模糊，壓迫到脊髓就是脊髓型——特點是走路有踩棉花感，易摔倒，他們的共同症狀是頸椎的酸脹痛感覺，一般是長時間工作或頸部受風著涼後產生。大家要注意的是，頸椎病不是由骨刺直接引起的。如果是那樣，骨刺一直壓迫周圍組織你就不會有時好時壞的感覺，你只會一直痛。那些說消除骨刺的葯品都是假的，因為骨刺和正常骨頭一模一樣，如果能消除骨刺，你的骨頭也會跟著消除！
治療是比較慢的，需要大家有耐心，因為消除水腫是要有一個過程的，吃了立馬見效的葯是止痛葯，不能治病。無菌性炎症最明顯的就是手部得凍傷，大家有經驗的應該知道那是最少也要3天才能見效的。

4. 軍人有什麼要求
我剛入伍到部隊當武警的時候是：
每天200個俯卧撐、200個仰卧起坐、200個下蹲、200個收腹曲腿、500次蛙跳。
每天3次5公里，周末是跑環城（估計20公里）
接下來要打擒敵拳，警棍盾牌操、應急棍操、練習倒功、擒敵配合、空手對敵、雙人和三人對抗練習
射擊：包括卧姿、跪姿、立姿、學習戰術、野外戰術訓練、抗壓瞄準、夜間瞄準、夜間射擊、最後是跑動中瞄準以射擊。差不多在部隊里學的就是這些了。但沒學一樣都非常辛苦。 軍人必須按規定著裝，並保持軍容嚴整。著制式軍服時，要遵守下列規定：⑴按照規定佩戴帽徽、肩章、軍種（專業技術）符號、領花。⑵男軍人大檐帽、作訓帽帽檐前緣與眉同高，女軍人大檐帽、作訓帽稍向後傾。絨（皮）帽護腦下緣距眉男軍人一指（約1.5厘米），女軍人三指（約4.5厘米）。無檐帽稍向後傾。水兵帽稍向右傾，帽牆下緣距右眉一指，距左眉兩指。大檐帽飾帶應並攏，並保持水平。士兵大檐帽風帶不用時應拉緊並保持水平。大檐帽、水兵帽松緊帶不使用時，不得露於帽外。不準戴便帽。⑶扣好領鉤、衣扣，不得披衣、敞懷、挽袖、卷褲腿。冬、夏季服裝和毛、布料服裝不得混穿。內衣下擺不得外露。軍官著禮服、夏常服時，必須內著制式襯衫，系制式領帶。士兵著夏常服時，必須內著制式襯衫。作訓服（工作服）只限於作戰、訓練、施工、體力勞動時穿。⑷不得在軍服外罩便服，不準圍圍巾。⑸通常應著制式軍鞋。著便鞋（含涼鞋）時，只准穿黑、灰、棕色鞋（女軍人還可著淺色涼鞋），鞋跟高度男軍人不超過3厘米，女軍人不超過4厘米。除工作需要外，不準著拖鞋。⑹季節換裝的時間和要求，城市駐軍由衛戍（警備）勤務工作領導機構或軍區指定負責維護軍容風紀的單位統一規定，其他由師以上單位首長規定。⑺參加集會、檢（校）閱和外事活動時的著裝按主管（主辦）單位規定執行。⑻參加值勤、操課、檢（校）閱或攜帶武器、戰斗器具時，要扎腰帶，其他場合和時機可不扎腰帶。特殊情況需扎腰帶時，由團以上單位首長規定。⑼擔負施工、生產、營建等任務的部隊（分隊），和在企事業單位工作的軍人，工作時間應著工作服或便服。⑽軍官、士官和學員非因公外出，女軍人懷孕期間和給養員外出采購時，應著便服。士兵探家期間可著便服。乘公共車輛或騎自行車上下班的軍官，往返途中可著便服。⑾軍服、服飾不準變賣，不得擅自拆改或借給非軍人。軍人轉業退伍時，帽徽、肩章和軍種（專業技術）符號、領花一律上交。
