服装销售技巧(5)揣摩顾客的心理,如她说了那句话意味着什么意思。最好的办法就是,自己和顾客换位考虑。即假设自己就是该顾客,那么我进这家店会怎么想和怎么做的,我说这句话又意味着何种含义。把交易能否成功看成是对自己实力的挑战。
