2. 颈椎侧弯是斜颈吗【颈椎病】
你的症状是神经根型和椎动脉型混合型。理疗能很好缓解病情，但是在急性发作期不要进行理疗，那样会加重刺激你的红肿炎症。建议你还是服用药物来治疗。平常多休息，可以在工作之余做做颈部保健操。
颈椎病是推行性病变，是很难、很难根治的，极易复发。现在大家对颈椎病的治疗是指对颈椎病所产生的酸胀痛麻晕等症状进行治疗。发病原因主要是因为长期不合理使用颈椎引起颈椎磨损严重，产生骨质增生以致引起的周围软组织水肿、无菌性炎症，水中压迫到神经就是神经根型——症状主要为双肩、手有麻木感觉，颈不酸痛麻木，压迫到椎动脉就是椎动脉型——特点是有头晕、呕吐、视线模糊，压迫到脊髓就是脊髓型——特点是走路有踩棉花感，易摔倒，他们的共同症状是颈椎的酸胀痛感觉，一般是长时间工作或颈部受风着凉后产生。大家要注意的是，颈椎病不是由骨刺直接引起的。如果是那样，骨刺一直压迫周围组织你就不会有时好时坏的感觉，你只会一直痛。那些说消除骨刺的药品都是假的，因为骨刺和正常骨头一模一样，如果能消除骨刺，你的骨头也会跟着消除！
治疗是比较慢的，需要大家有耐心，因为消除水肿是要有一个过程的，吃了立马见效的药是止痛药，不能治病。无菌性炎症最明显的就是手部得冻伤，大家有经验的应该知道那是最少也要3天才能见效的。

4. 军人有什么要求
我刚入伍到部队当武警的时候是：
每天200个俯卧撑、200个仰卧起坐、200个下蹲、200个收腹曲腿、500次蛙跳。
每天3次5公里，周末是跑环城（估计20公里）
接下来要打擒敌拳，警棍盾牌操、应急棍操、练习倒功、擒敌配合、空手对敌、双人和三人对抗练习
射击：包括卧姿、跪姿、立姿、学习战术、野外战术训练、抗压瞄准、夜间瞄准、夜间射击、最后是跑动中瞄准以射击。差不多在部队里学的就是这些了。但没学一样都非常辛苦。 军人必须按规定着装，并保持军容严整。着制式军服时，要遵守下列规定：⑴按照规定佩戴帽徽、肩章、军种（专业技术）符号、领花。⑵男军人大檐帽、作训帽帽檐前缘与眉同高，女军人大檐帽、作训帽稍向后倾。绒（皮）帽护脑下缘距眉男军人一指（约1.5厘米），女军人三指（约4.5厘米）。无檐帽稍向后倾。水兵帽稍向右倾，帽墙下缘距右眉一指，距左眉两指。大檐帽饰带应并拢，并保持水平。士兵大檐帽风带不用时应拉紧并保持水平。大檐帽、水兵帽松紧带不使用时，不得露于帽外。不准戴便帽。⑶扣好领钩、衣扣，不得披衣、敞怀、挽袖、卷裤腿。冬、夏季服装和毛、布料服装不得混穿。内衣下摆不得外露。军官着礼服、夏常服时，必须内着制式衬衫，系制式领带。士兵着夏常服时，必须内着制式衬衫。作训服（工作服）只限于作战、训练、施工、体力劳动时穿。⑷不得在军服外罩便服，不准围围巾。⑸通常应着制式军鞋。着便鞋（含凉鞋）时，只准穿黑、灰、棕色鞋（女军人还可着浅色凉鞋），鞋跟高度男军人不超过3厘米，女军人不超过4厘米。除工作需要外，不准着拖鞋。⑹季节换装的时间和要求，城市驻军由卫戍（警备）勤务工作领导机构或军区指定负责维护军容风纪的单位统一规定，其他由师以上单位首长规定。⑺参加集会、检（校）阅和外事活动时的着装按主管（主办）单位规定执行。⑻参加值勤、操课、检（校）阅或携带武器、战斗器具时，要扎腰带，其他场合和时机可不扎腰带。特殊情况需扎腰带时，由团以上单位首长规定。⑼担负施工、生产、营建等任务的部队（分队），和在企事业单位工作的军人，工作时间应着工作服或便服。⑽军官、士官和学员非因公外出，女军人怀孕期间和给养员外出采购时，应着便服。士兵探家期间可着便服。乘公共车辆或骑自行车上下班的军官，往返途中可着便服。⑾军服、服饰不准变卖，不得擅自拆改或借给非军人。军人转业退伍时，帽徽、肩章和军种（专业技术）符号、领花一律上交。
